Orders being confirmed before 4pm delivered between 4pm till 7pm.
Orders being confirmed from 4pm till 8pm being delivered between 8pm till 10:30pm.
Orders being confirmed from 8pm till 10pm being delivered between 10:30pm till 12:00am.

Exchange Policy
Juice can be changed if in the same packing and never being opened or used within ONE day and the delivery charges are being paid by the customer.
Other products can be changed within one day if in original packing and never been used or opened, delivery charges are being paid by the customer.
Guarantee Policy
Devices guarantee is only ONE day if the device is not working it will be replaced for free.
Disposable devices are not included in the guarantee policy and cannot be changes under any circumstances
While exchange the products, if the mistake is from our site we will pay the delivery fees, if not then the customer must pay the delivery fees.
The customer must check the order when receiving to ensure the order is correct.
